Baking Series Today is Friday(20-2-03),i have received the goods that you send last friday,thank you Steven.....Please do inform me if you publish new series again O K,i have send a email to Agnes few week ago.....hope that she will teach us how to make Sarawak Layer Cake(kek Lapis Serawak)in her next Baking Series....Cause this Sarawak layer cake are very well known/popular,and they have many kind of Sarawak layer cake,one of the most famous/well known is Haw Flakes layer cake(Malay call this layer cake "Kek Lapis Masam Manis" or some chinese call this cake "San-ca layer cake")i have many time eaten this Haw Flakes layer cake as well the rest of the well known Sarawak Layer cake in Malaysia year's ago,and they are truely delicious....Oppss...i hope i don't bored you with this Sarawak layer Cake story.........So... till then.....and have a nice weekend.
